Joanne has over 35 years marketing and design experience, of which 27 years has been as an agency owner and consultant.

Joanne is a Fellow of the Royal Chartered Institute of Marketing (the largest professional and academic marketing organization in the World). She specializes in the behavioural adaptation of marketing programs and is known for her creativity and incredibly high performing direct marketing campaigns. She also an accomplished public speaker and lectures about Marketing Communication and Neuromarketing at Universities in Europe and the USA.
